Is this forum open for practicing French conversation?Edit
I'm in the process of trying to relearn the French language. I studied it from middle school up to my sophomore year in college. I was fluent in speaking, writing and reading the language however, due to years of non-use I feel like a beginner. Although this forum will probably not help so much in the area of speaking as I cannot get the feedback to know if I am pronouncing something correctly, it would help me with the reading and writing piece.Edit

You are welcome to use our forum for any language-related question. As our forum is built up for questions and answers it is probably not so ideal for discussions / conversations.
I would therefore suggest you try out the language learning services from our friends at Busuu, Babbel, Livemocha, Verbling, iTalki etc. They offer options to practice your language skills directly with other members. I believe that most services offer a free basic membership. This will probably be a better option for you.
That said we hope to welcome you to our forum with any French-related question. Maybe you can answer one or two English questions from French-speaking users as well.
