Who we are?
BLOOMY DAYS GmbH is a small Start-up company, founded in March 2012 in Berlin.

What we do?
BLOOMY DAYS is Germany’s first subscription for cut flowers, serving business and private clients all over Germany. We have reinvented the subscription to absolute flexibility, best service, and highest quality, without any contract duration.

Every week we pick the freshest and most beautiful flowers with a lot of passion and care on the central market and ship them on the same day. Thus, we are able to vindicate our slogan „fresh flowers delivered“.

In everything we do quality, passion and professionalism are of highest priority.

What to expect?
BLOOMY DAYS being founded in March 2012 happens to be a proper start-up company. Thus you will get the chance to obtain insights in everything that comes along with starting up a business. In this very exciting starting time growth is guaranteed, which is why you will get to experience how a company is being built up. The right attitude and level of engagement will without a doubt allow you to experience a very steep learning curve as we intend to include you in all processes.
Being an intern in a start-up company is quite unique. From your first day on, you will be a valuable team member, attend important meetings and get to know many insights of the business.

We are not looking for some to make coffee; everyone makes coffee once in a while – even the management. If you like flat hierarchies, are willing to put in a lot of effort, seeking some very valuable experiences and want to learn something new every day, then BLOOMY DAYS is the company you want to work for.

What to do?
You will be in charge of the Online Marketing and along with it comes a wide variety of tasks:
  • Leading the marketing department in close collaboration with the management
  • Implementation and further development of the on- and offline marketing strategy 
  • Analysis of the customer base and previous marketing processes 
  • Continuous optimization of the online appearance in close collaboration with external service providers 
  • Creative ideas for further improvements are always appreciated

What we want?
You are...

  • Willing to learn, curious and a team player 
  • Equipped with strong analytical skills 
  • A sufficiently skilled MS-Office user 
  • An experienced online marketer and user of online marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEO and SEM (optional bonus point)
