Top 100 Language Lovers 2016

Once again we are proud to announce that the exciting Top 100 Language Lovers competition has reached the finish line. The hunt for the best language blogs, Facebook pages, Twitter accounts and YouTube channels was intense, and this year around a thousand nominees took part in this worldwide competition. The topics spanned from the best practices and techniques for language learning to insiders’ tips from language professionals. Whether you are learning Chinese, are interested in Russian philology, want to watch a video about Italian pronunciation, need some basic French sentences for your next holiday, or want to master German spelling, our selection of language online media will satisfy your curiosity. The internal ranking process carried out by and Lexiophiles was not a piece of cake. Indeed, so many great language resources took part in the nomination phase and preselecting the top 100 for the voting phase was harder than expected. Not only were we glad to see all the familiar faces taking part in the contest again, but also to welcome all the new Language Lovers to spread the love for languages. The prizes for the top ten Language Lovers 2016 are offered by Babbel and ICONSPEAK. Both our partners are dedicated to innovate language learning and break communication barriers between people from all over the world.
