gas vs petrol, expressway vs motorway, elevator vs lift, farmacy vs chemist´s, truck vs lorry, apartement vs flat etc would be more challaging

"Queens english" är nog lite lättare att särskilja från amerikanska. Men hur man uttrycker sig i t.ex Tower-Hamlets är kanske en annan sak...
